This paper includes two parts:Part one: Literature ReviewIntroduce a plant chemotaxonomy and the main characters of the components. Sum up the research methods of plant chemotaxonomy, including spectroscopy: Uv Spectroscopy, Infrared Spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction method; and also introduced the Chromatography: Thin Layer Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography and other methods, and the application of various methods in plant chemotaxonomy.Introduce the main type of sesquiterpene compounds in Magnoliidae, and focused on some non-volatile, strange skeletons of sesquiterpenoids from Illiciaceae. anisatin type and prezizaane type, which exists in Illiciaceae. Most of the sesquiterpenoids were in the form of lactones. They were the characteristic components of Illiciaceae.Due to the presence of such ingredients, most of Illiciaceae plants were poisonous, only Chinese Star Anise to medicine.Part two: Experiment StudiesThe pre-treatment of Illiciaceae samples were studied.It is used ethyl acetate to extract the pericarp samples of Illiciaceae,Through the single factor inspection to determine the extraction time is six hours; The sample purification method is used a alumina column chromatography, The dosage of alumina and methanol was inspected respectively.The HPLC-DAD method was used to optimize the chromatographic conditions, and confirmed that the acetonitrile-water-flow system gradient elution. In addition, HPLC-MS method was used to detect Illiciaceae samples, achieved different Total Ion Flow diagram of Illiciaceae.Through existing sesquiterpene standards to identify the Chromatographic peaks of Total Ion Flow diagram , pseudomajucin,pseudoanisatin and 6-deoxypseudoanisatin were preliminary identified , initially determined the distribution of these compounds.Another, using SAS statistical software to cluster analysis the similarity of Illiciaceae components.Through the cluster analysis Illiciaceae can be divided into five categories.Using orthogonal design to optimize the synthesis conditions of chemical reaction from anislactone B to merrilactone A.Step-by-step discussed the parameters, such as the amount of catalyst and reaction time.Using two different ways: Thin Layer Chromatography and NMR methods, to identify the product of optimization conditions. The results showed that the final product is merrilactone A.The optimum reaction on the one hand to reduce the reaction time, on the other hand increase the output of the merrilactone A.Shorten the synthesis cycle and provide a basis for the mass production of merrilactone A...
