Clinic Research About Recently Recovery After Block The First Hilar Blood Flow To Treat Primary Hepatic Carcinoma With Celioscope

Objects:investigate the influence of recently recovery after block the first hilar blood flow to treat primary hepatic carcinoma with celioscope in CO2 aeroperitoneum and provide scientific evidence for safety operation.Method:review primary hepatic carcinoma treated by operation in the first affiliated hospital of GXMU form march 2005 to may 2008,abstract 30,27,32 patients in "celioscope block group","celioscope unblock group","open abdomen block group",compare statistic index and operational index between celioscope block group and other two groups.Results:1.comparision during groups:after operation,three groups patients' hepatic function have different changes.The changes of bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase in celioscope block group is less than open abdomen group, the comparison has statistical significance,compare with celioscope unblock group has statistical significance only in the change of CD3.Compare the changes of CD3,CD8 in celioscope group and open abdomen group,the result has statistical significance but CD4 has no statistical significance.The changes of blood count in three groups the result has no statistical significance. Celioscope group has not complications,open abdomen group has 1 case wound infection,1 case pleural effussion,1 case fluidify in diaphragm and 1 case hemorrhage.Compare the length of stay between celioscope group and open abdomen group the result has statistical significance.The length of stay in open abdomen group is longer.Compare the operational time between celioscope group and open abdomen group the result has statistical significance.The operational time in celioscope group is longer.hilar blood flow blocked and hemorrhage have no statistical significance.Compare the operational time between celioscope block group and celioscope unblock group the result has no statistical significance,but the hemorrhage has statistical significance! 2. comparision in group:in celioscope block group the bilirubin total,alanine aminotransferase and albumn are sharply increase,blood count and immunological function index have no statistical significanceConelusion:1.block the first hilar blood flow to treat primary hepatic carcinoma with celioscope can decrease hemorrhage and complications,wound is small,so patients recover quickly.This operation to treat hepatic carcinoma is mini-wound.2,block the first hilar blood flow to treat primary hepatic carcinoma with celioscope in CO₂ aeroperitoneum is less harm to liver,active hilar blood flow block can not induce hepatic function to decline,temporary injury can recover in short time which is belong to safety margin.3,block the first hilar blood flow to treat primary hepatic carcinoma with celioscope in CO₂ aeroperitoneum is less influence to immune function,the patients is easy to recover.
