UHCT Reconstruction In The Diagnosis Of Patients With Upper Urinary Tract Calculi And Renal Failure

Objective To study the diagnostic value of UHCT reconstruction in upper urinary tract calculi with renal failure。Methods The clinaical and imaging date of 68 hospital patients weiResults UHCT reconstruction had a greater diagnostic accuracy than KUB and US.All of the UHCT reconstruction results were in concord with the operative findings.Conclusions UHCT reconstruction of the urinary tract can provide distinct urinary tract images and help to determine the site of calculi and the cause of the obstruction.Compared with other methods,the procedure has the advantages of high resolution,rapid imaging and low invasiveness.It might become the most valuable means of detecting upper urinary tract calculi.
