High myopia is one of the main diseases causing permanent blind and low vision.According to its complicated change in their eye' s bottoms,it,has been generally thought that high myopia is not single a crooking near-sighted,but an independent disease,and is different from simple near-sighted.According to the joint investigation of Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Education,the near-sighted morbidity of student in our country is close to 60%at present,reach to the second in the world,and the number of people is the largest in the Globe.With the transition of the health concept and biomedical mode are transformed into the living beingspsychology - social medical mode,it is important that not only taking care the sight function of patients,but also the pathological influence to health. psychology and society in the course of making a diagnosis.Now the concept about quality of life is introduced to the research in high myopia.Part one:Literature reviewSurveying Chinese medicine to high myopia,its name of disease.cause of disease,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation;Modern medical science overview to high myopia,its definition.morbidity.pathogenesis and therapeutic;Surviye quality application of ophthalmology disease.Part two:Medical record1.Objective:understanding high myopia patients survive quality situation and probe into near-sighted patients influence factor tosurvive quality.2.Methods:According to Vision Function and Quality of Life Questionnaire (VF/QOL)and the Chinese-version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire (CLVQOL),working out myopia survive quality questionnaire,making investigation to visit and check to different crowds 174,and dialectical dividing into myopia patient types according to syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine.Through the questionnaire feedback information,analysis results with the SPSS13.0 and SAS.3.Results①Two group average of survive quality have prominent difference(P=0.000＜0.05),high myopia patients' existence quality are lower.②Two group average sight function,between Middle.low near-sighted and high myopia,have prominent difference(P=0.000＜0.05),There are prominent average differences in near-or- far sight function,fine sight function. stereoscopic feeling etc.There are no prominent differences in color vision, bright-or-dark adaptation.③According to patient eye's displays,whole body symptoms and tongue pulses, will divide near-sighted dialectically into three syndromes.Study results show:middle and low near-sighted patients account for 52.40%with deficiency of the heart-yang,deficiency of the splee-qi take 30.08%,deficiency of the liver-yin and kidney-yin account for 17.52%;high myopia patients account for 25.34%with deficiency of the heart-yang,deficiency of the splee-qi account for 46.47%,deficiency of the liver-yin and kidney-yin account for 28.19%.④The sex of the high myopia patients make the influence of survives quality differences..Age.job.marriage to high myopia patients have no prominent differences.There have prominent differences to man or women near-sighted patients of highly age in survive quality.⑤We can get the conclusion by the relevant analysis of allusion quatation with SiS:sex and education variable with five survive quality index present dered relevantly through allusion quatation,age.job.marriage and starting near-sighted time with five survive quality index present positive correlation.
