Western medicine based treatment group,Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group before and after treatment are significant (P＜0.05),acupuncture and Chinese medicine group compared before and after treatment is very significant(P＜0.01).After treatment:group of Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than Western medicine based treatment group(P＜0.05),group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine is better than Chinese medicine and western medicine group(P＜0.05),group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine is better than western medicine based treatment group(P＜0.01).2.In improving the clinical neurological deficit score,the three groups are effective.Western medicine based treatment group,Chinese medicine and western medicine group before and after treatment are significant(P＜0.05),acupuncture and Chinese medicine group compared before and after treatment is very significantly(P＜0.01).After treatment: acupuncture and Chinese medicine group is better than Chinese medicine and western medicine group,western medicine based treatment group(P＜0.05).3.In reducing serumβ-endorphin,the three groups are effective,both before and after treatment compared significant(P＜0.05),Chinese medicine acupuncture group compared before and after treatment is very significant(P＜0.01).After treatment:group of Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than western medicine based treatment group(P＜0.05),group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine is better than Chinese medicine and Western medicine group(P＜0.05),group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine is better than western medicine based treatment group(P＜0.01).Conclusions:Through the three groups before and after treatment level of consciousness disorder,G-Pcs score,clinical neurological deficit score andβ-endorphin compared,verification of the efficacy of acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment is superior to Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment,western medicine therapy.Acupuncture and Chinese medicine that is a combination treatment of stroke awareness of the obstacles to better treatment,it is worth clinical application and promotion.
