Influenza(flu)is a common and frequently-occurring disease caused by influenza virus.the influenza virus vaccine will soon expire because of the mutate of HA,NA of the influenza virus.The influenza vaccine for the last influenza will lose its role of prevention during the next influenza outbreak.At present there is no reliable way to effective prediction the event of an influenza pandemic and the cyclical nature. Influenza is a viral disease of the oldest still seriously endanger human life and health, anti-virus treatment of drug research in the prevention and treatment of influenza is of great significance.Flora quercetin is a kind of flavonoid compounds with very wide distribution. Quercetin has been found a variety of anti-vires role in recent years.It is proved that Flora quercet can inhibit the herpes virus,parainfluenza virus,poliomyelitis-like virus and respiratory syncytial virus in single cells in vitro.It gets a better role for the RNA virus.We guess it should be effective for the Influenza virus of RNA viruses.From the pathogenesis of influenza,the influenza virus attacks the body in addition to influenza virus directly damage the body,inflammatory injury caused by the body's immune response played a crucial role.The key of Chinese medicine treatment for influenza lies not in the direct destruction of influenza virus but in the regulation of immune function.This study on quercetin through the anti-influenza virus in vitro and in vivo role for lay the foundation for further research,and to explore its antiviral activity of the immune mechanism.It provided experimental ideas and methods for the development of Chinese medicine screening of the antiviral effect.This study shows: 1 Quercetin has a protective role in mice infected influenza virus in the overall level.In vitro,quercetin does not show inhibition on the influenza virus FM1.The mice significantly increased the mortality rate after Influenza virus infection.Mice lung index increas significantly.At the same time the pathological changes in lung tissue showed a single-cell acute inflammation of soakage with monocyte.Quercetin can reduce mortality,reduce the lung index.At the same time the pathological changes in lung tissue reduce than the model infected with the virus significantly. drugs for death protection of experimental is an overall effectiveness of the experiment.Lung index as a whole reflects the extent of the severity of lung inflammation.Lung tissues from the micro-display pathological changes in lung inflammation,these experiments show that quercetin can inhibit influenza virus replication in the lungs,can reduce inflammation of the lungs caused by influenza virus.These suggest that quercetin can give mice infected by influenza virus a protective role.2.Quercetin influenza virus infection can improve the immune function in mice.It appears lung tissue monocyte infiltration of inflammatory-based performance after influenza virus infection in mice.while serum from lung and a variety of cytokines increase.IFN and other endogenous formation of the body are necessary for anti-infection.With the more severe infection,the NK cells of the body are weak, reducing the proliferation of lymphocytes and macrophages phagocytosis lower.It will cause the body's immune suppression.There are many reasons for the immune, or the virulence of the virus or the virus damage the immune cells,or the regulating role of the body's immune factors.From these experiments,after the Intervention of quercetin we can see that the mice macrophage phagocytosis has increased infected with influenza virus.It suggesting that quercetin can improve influenza virus infection in mice immune function,the IFN of Serum levels is higher than the model group. The difference was not statistically significant.The IFN induced by virus and the IFN induced by drug may exist relations.3 Quercetin on mice infected with the immune regulation is multifaceted.Influenza virus infection in mice can cause lung inflammation and multi-functional disorders,including macrophage function of phagocytosis weaken, anti-virus factors and inflammatory excessive response.Quercetin can be multifaceted role in regulating the body of the influenza virus after imbalance in the body.Firstly,the proliferation of inhibition in the body.Secondly,raising the macrophage phagocytosis to kill virus-infected cells.Thirdly,regulatation serum levels of inflammatory cells,improvment the performance of lung inflammation.This part of the follow-up work to be carried out.
