Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Steaming Therapied By Chushi Juanbi Fang

Objection:To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of Chushi Juanbi Fang steaming therapy on AS,and than take a new direction for Chinese medical exterior treatment,to privde the suitable and comprehensive therapeutic plan for patients with Ankylosing spondylitis。Methods:According to the serious MNY diagnosis standards,from August 2007 to March 2008,64 patients were therapied in our hospital which lost 4 patients, statisticed the left 60 patients.They were randomly devidved into two groups.They were treatment group(Chushi Juanbi Fang)and the control group.Pre-treatment and post-treatment were scored separately,and than, evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety,anlysis the evaluation result.In this study,we use ASAS20 which was recommended as the evaluation standard.Results:The resules show that before treatment there is no significant difference between two groups in the score of symptoms,physical findings and the clinical efficacy,which indicates the two groups has comparability(p＞0.05).After treatment of two sessions,the treatment group to be clinical satisfactory number of people 26 who reached ASAS20,and the control group were 17 people.The total clinical satisfactory rates in two groups were 81.25%and 61.71%.Compared with beforeall indicates the two groups has comparabiiity(p＜0.05).It was showed that the therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than control group(P＜0.05),which indicates that prescription of Chushi Juanbi Fang steaming therapy on AS is a effective method.There were no bad effect in the 32 patients of the steaming therapy treatment group after treatment of two sessions.Prescription of Chushi Juanbi Fang steaming therapy has no stimulation for the skin,at the same time,it has no cutaneous anaphy laxis,so it is effectly and safe.Conclusion:(1)Prescription of Chushi Juanbi Fang steaming therapy could improve symptom and physical sign of pations of AS,raise the sufferer' s living quality.(2)Prescription of Chushi Juanbi Fang steaming therapy on AS can enhance the clinical efficacy and no qualitics.(3)Prescription of Chushi Juanbi Fang steaming therapy has no adverse reaction,is a king of better drug for treating AS.
