The Discussion Of TCM Syndromes Distribute Rule About Severe Chronic Heart Failure

[Objective]Reviewing the patients of Severe Chronic Heart Failure which have been hospitalized in the No.1 of anaffiliated hospital of the Guangzhou University of TCM between December of 2007 to April 2008,statistical analysis the TCM Syndromes,to discuss TCM Syndromes Distribute Rule about Severe Chronic Heart Failure.[Methods]Synchronization of the hospitalized cases using information survey methods, to meet the requirements of the 126 patients with chronic heart failure of the TCM,the basic information with other medical information for statistical analysis,in SPSS11.5 software with the support of the establishment of a database,application of modern medical theories, Statistical knowledge and clinical TCM dialectical way of thinking on severe chronic heart failure of the distribution of TCM,the card type and gender,age and the relevance of the course for analysis.[Results]The syndrome of Cardiopulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Qiyin two losses cards,Qi blood stasis,Tan Yin resistance lung card,heart deficiency card, Yang Pan-water permits,Yin Yang from dedicated card from dedicated collapse each occupies the 26.7%,18.3%,13.5%,8.5%,19.4%,11.5%,2.1%of total;There is no significant difference of patients with severe heart failure among all syndromes and age or sex(p＞0.05).There is significant difference of patients with severe heart failure among all syndromes and the average length of illness(p＜0.01).There is significant difference in the CHF patients among all syndromes and the severe CHF or the non-severe CHF(p＜0.01).There is significant difference in the patients of Yang Class Syndrome and Non-Yang-class Syndrome among and the severe CHF or the non-severe CHF(p＜0.01)[Conclusion]In patients with chronic heart failure,the Common type of Syndromes is the following four types,including Cardiopulmonary Qi,Qiyin two losses, the heart and blood stasis Qi deficiency.In response to severe chronic heart failure patients with an analysis of the evidence we found:there is no significant difference of patients with severe heart failure among all syndromes and age or sex,Along with severe heart failure patients with the disease extended its certification of a class by Qi Deficiency Syndrome to the Yang-class permit the development trend.The evidence of severe heart failure in patients with type certification to Yang-class Most of,In particular the heart deficiency,Yang Pan-water permits,and Yin Yang from dedicated card found only in severe heart failure.The study also found that with the increase of chronic heart failure condition,the card-type card by Qi Yang-class card to the transformation.
