It is still lack of effective therapeutic method at present.Jasmine dried residue contains redundant polysaccharides.In recent years,many kinds of plant polysaccharides have been proven that has hypoglycemic activity.This paper mainly studied on jasmine(Jasminum sambac(L) Ait) and related the hypoglycemic activity of the jasmine dried residue polysaccharides and the extraction purification processes.For providing certain references for searching of hypoglycemic active substance and the multi-utilization of jasmine dried residue.The main results were shown as follows:1.Jasmine dried residue polysaccharides(JPS) had no significant influence on the blood glucose level of normal mice,but it was able to reduce blood glucose level of alloxan-induced diabetic mice.The high,middle and low dosage of JPS can reduce blood glucose level of alloxan-induced diabetic mice significantly(P<0.01),and the high dosage of JPS has the approximate hypoglycemic activity as glibenclamide.The hypoglycemic activity of JPS shows the dosage - effect relationships.JPS was able to increased the index of thymus and spleen significantly(P<0.01).Compared with diabetic model group,the mice status improved significantly.JPS could reduce the water intake,food intake and Urinary output daily,and the high dosage of JPS has the approximate effects on water intake,food intake and Urinary output daily of diabetic mice as glibenclamide.2.By means of orthogonally rotational combination design,a three-factor(temperature, time,ration between jasmine and water) substrate cultivation experiment was conducted using jasmine dried residue.The regression equations of the relationship between temperature,time,ration between jasmine and water and extraction rate of jasmine dried residue polysaccharies were established.The results indicated that extraction rate of JPS was affected obviously by temperature.In range of experiment,extraction rate of JPS was increased obviously when temperature was in higher levels,but the change of time and ration between jasmine and water had less influence on extraction rate of JPS,the extraction on conditions were optimize by frequency analyses that were 90.18~94.50℃temperature,65.44~84.61min time,1:31.82~1:41.30 ration between jasmine and water.3.The effect of ethanol concentration on isolation of JPS was that with the ethanol concentration increasing,the obtained ration of JPS was obviously increased and content of sugar increased firstly,but reduced lately.The optimum range of ethanol concentration is 75%~85%.The obtained ration of JPS was increased with the concentration level increasing,the optimum ratio between jasmine and water is 1:2.The content of sugars in JPS was obviously increased after Sevag de-protein operates,but after three times de-protein operates the content of sugars in JPS was increased no longer obviously,after ten times de-protein operates the content of sugars in JPS was slightly increased Compared to the 5th de-protein operate,but the content of protein was slightly decreased. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | jasmine dried residue, polysaccharide, hypoglycemic activity, extraction | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
