Objective The heart lymphatic system is important part of heart and significant on maintainting circulation and function of heart. Endothelins, angiotensinâ…¡, nitricoxide which can be synthesised and secreted in heart and endothelial cells are important on maintainting the function of cardiology, and closely related with heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, angina and hypertension. The aim of the study is to observe the change of endothelins, angiotensinâ…¡, nitricoxide in plasma before Surgery and 3d, 7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, 180d after surgery and discuss the change and clinical significance of endocrine hormone in plasm after blocking rabbits heart lymph.Method Divided 63 New Zealand white rabbits into surgery group and control group randomly. Animals were anesthetized with intravenous sodium pentobarbitone (30mg/kg). The animals were artificially ventilated with room air at the rate of 60 strokes /min. The thorax was performed in median incision and the cardiac was suspended in a pericardial cradle. 0.5 ml of 10% methylen blue was injected into the left and right ventricle near the apex of the heart. Methylen blue stained and clearly marked the lymphatic vessels in the epicardium. The main lymphatic vessels appear ed on the epicardium were all ligated. The large lymph nodes between the aortic root and pulmonary artery, and between the posterior aorta and the right superior pulmonary artery were also destroyed with electric cautery. The chest was then closed by layers and the animals were returned to the animal house for standard care by the investigators and the animal house curators. Assaying endothelins, angiotensinâ…¡before operation and at 3d, 7d, 14d, 30d, 90d, 180d after operation by Enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA). Assaying the concentration of nitricoxide by nitrate reductase assay(NRA).To observe the change of endothelins, angiotensinâ…¡, nitricoxide in plasma before Surgery and 3d, 7d,14d,30d,90d,180d after surgery.Result Plasma endothelins, angiotensinâ…¡in surgery group were increased, They were the highest 3-7 day and began to decrease 14day after surgery, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). in 180 day, endothelins and angiotensinâ…¡in surgery group were higher than that of the group before surgery and the control 180 day, The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Plasma nitricoxide in surgery group were increased, they were the highest 3-7 days and began to decrease 14d after surgery, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In 180 day, nitricoxide in surgery group were lower than that of the group before surgery and the control 180 day, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Blocking rabbit heart lymph caused the change of heart endocrine hormone which include endothelins, angiotensinâ…¡, nitricoxide and so on. The change is one of reasons and mechanisms of cardiac complication such as heart dysfunction, arrhythmia, hydropericardium and myocardium fibrosis result from clinical diseases such as thoracic tumor and heart transplantation.
