Study On The Management And Control Of Single Disease Clinic Process

In the 21st century, the competition of medical service market is increasingly fierce. The hospitals'strategic choices of survival and development face severe challenge. As a new quality and efficiency of medical management model, Single Disease Clinic Process Management has been widely accepted and applied home and abroad. It has many functions such as: reducing the average hospitalization, controlling medical expense, normalizing diagnosis and treatment behavior, improving medical service quality. From the successful experiences of foreign countries'Single Disease Clinic Process Management, this paper studies the utilization of Single Disease Clinic Process Management in medical service system. Basing on the analyses of single disease clinic processes'effects, the paper explores the method of how to design, organize and apply Single Disease Clinic Process Management, and it also verifies the feasibility and applicability of process management theory.Firstly, in order to solve the problem presenting in the domestic medical systems, it studies the process management's study results and application status, and then investigates the utilization of it.
