Research background: The initial stability of dental implants after planting is a impact onosseointegration. In order to increase the initial stability of implant, on the clinical vast majority adopts the grading to prepare the hole type to implant, causes to forming mechanical chimeric between implant and alveolar bone. this method is called interference fit with mechanical terms, implants diameter and the planting hole diameter differential value has been called interference value. More the initial interference value ,greater the mechanical interlocking strength stability is also better. but too much of the interference will have a greater bone-implant interface stress, and cause bone tissue ischemia necrosis, or cause bone fractures and impact of osseointegration. In the mechanical mechanics have been many literatures about interference fit, bu related interference fit on implants in the jaw bone and interference affect on bone-implant interface stress research reports is few .Objective:Through the establishment of three-dimensional finite element model, analyze t the bone-implant interface initial stress under interference fit, comparative analyze influence of each kind of correlation factor(interference value, implant diameter and thickness of the cortical bone)on the bone-implant interface stress size and distribution. Methods: Useing Pro / Engineer 2.0 software, three-dimensional geometric models of dental implants and partial mandibular were generated. Create different finite element models with different interference(0.1mm,0.2mm,0.3mm),different implant diameter(3.3mm,4.0mm,5.0mm,6.0mm) and different thicknes of the cortical bone(0.5mm,1.0mm,1.5mm,2.0mm,3.0mm), assembling models of implant and partial mandibular by interference fit, using Three- Dimensional Finite Element Method to analyze the size and distribution of initial stress of bone-implant surface. Results: In each experimental model of stress are mainly concentrated in the cortical region, and regional cortical bone stress far greater than the cancellous bone area. The bone-implant interface stress obviously increase along with interference value increases; The bone-implant interface stress reduce along with diameter of the implant increase; The bone-implant interface stress increase along with t cortical bone thicknes increasesConclusion:when dental implant is planted with interference fit, values of the initial stree of bone-implant interface is afected by interference value, diameter of the implant and cortical bone thicknes; All these factors impact on the bone-implant interface initial stress is different, interference value has the greatest impact;...
