Objective To explore a relatively good ear reconstruction method currently.For the microtia and the acquired ear defect are common diseases which impact people,s physical and mental health, increase the burden to the social and family .But the ear reconstruction is one most difficult and complex operation of the reconstruction surgery, and the traditional ear reconstruction is completed in phases, and time-consuming effort , so is difficult to the patient satisfaction. This topic design a method of the ear reconstruction and the coverage for the implant, the auricle frame can express each and small construction of the normal dissection construction of human ear.Methods 1. Stude the giant-micro anatomy frame of the patterns and blood supply of the temporal-parietal fascia(TPF) by inspection literature.Stude the range of the temporal-parietal fascia(TPF) and link of it with the surrounding tissue.Understand the blood supply of the temporal-parietal fascia(TPF),master the contact with the superficial temporal artery(STA) and the near scalp artery. 2. Designing a method to carve a stereoscopic solid total auricle frame with medpor frame, enable to express each and small construction of the normal dissection construction of human ear. Study the traveling and diameter of the frontal branch(FB) and parietal branch(PB).3. Reconstruct the total ear with the temporal-parietal fascia flap pedicled with parietal branch(PB) on 4 clinicle patients,observe the surgery results after one year follow up.Result 1. The stereoscopic solid total auricle frame with medpor frame have each and small construction of the normal dissection construction of human ear. 2. The reconstructional ear operated with the temporal-parietal fascia flap express good profile,with clear stereoscopic,realistic shape and good long-term effects.Conclusion One stage auricular reconstruction with temporal-parietal fascia flap is a relatively satisfactory method in ear reconstruction. 1. Medpor frame have the nature of stability,easy carving and nice tissue compatibility,so the medpor frame is a good ear frame . 2 .The temporal-parietal has stability of the blood supply, complete ear reconstruction by using it to cover the ear frame is a good method, particularly apply to patients which have lower hairline and most defect on the upper ear.
