The Research Of The Effect That The Compound Prescription Of Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Yin, Invigorating Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis On The Levels Of IL-2, Which Come From The Mice With Viral Myocardial Disease

Objective: To investigate the effects of the method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the levels of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), that come from the mice model with VMD. Approaching its mechanism and providing objective theoretical basis for clinical treating.Methods: Replicated the animal models of viral myocardial disease (VMD) with the method of injecting the CVB_3m virus to the peritoneal cavity of the Balb/c mice repeatedly.Deviding the 210 Balb/c mice into four groups randomly: The blank comparing group. The model comparing group, the high dose Chinese traditional medicine group and the low dose Chinese traditional medicine group. The blank comparing group has 30 mice, but the others group has 60 mice each. Ten days after the last injecting virus, we begin to treat with medicine. The high dose and the low dose Chinese traditional medicine groups are treated with the compound prescription of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis for four weeks. By the end of the experiment, observe mortality, measure body weight and heart weight index by electronic balance, observe the pathomorphology of myocardium tissue by light microscope with HE and VG staining, calculate CVF with image analysis system, observe ultrastructure of myocardium tissue by electron microscope, and examine the leveles of serum IL-2 by ELISA method.Results:1. Compared with the model comparing group the high dose and the low dose Chinese traditional medicine groups, heart weight / body weight is lower (P<0.05) and the high dose group is obvious (P<0.01) .2. Compared with the model comparing group the high dose and the low dose Chinese traditional medicine groups, pathomorphology and ultrastructure of myocardium tissue have improved. 3. Compared with the model comparing group, the IL-2 come from the high dose and the low dose Chinese traditional medicine groups are lower obviously (P<0.01) .Conclusions: The compound prescription of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can cut down heart weight index of VMD mice, improve the change of pathomorphology and ultrastructure of myocardium tissue. It can suppress over secreting of IL-2 to lessen the damage of VMD myocardium tissue by autoimmunity, thereby to some extent prevent and curing VMD.
