【Objective】To detect the disposition and its expressional information of ABAD in the inner ears. To analysis the different expression of ABAD between different age of mouses'inner ears.Discuss the degeneration mechanisms of inner ears which ABAD take part in .Provide a more all round explanation for the pathogenesy of presbycusis.【Method】The Kuming mice were divided into three group which is two weeks,five months and one year . The location of ABAD,ERs,bcl-2,Bax in inner ears were detected by immunohistochemistry; The quantity of ABAD between different age of mouses'inner ears were analysised by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.【Result】ABAD,ERs,bcl-2,Bax express in different age of mouses'spiral ganglion cell and the expression of ABAD,Bax in inner ears's cells are increased along with the age,while the expression of ERs,bcl-2 in inner ears's cells are decreased.All of they have statistical significance (p<0.05).And the relative expression of ABAD between different age of mouses'inner ears also have statistical significance which analysis by SPSS11.5( p<0.05).Thus the expressional quantity of ABAD is increased along with the age.【Conclusion】ABAD has some possiblities to take part in the ageing mechanisms of inner ears. And they have some intimate relation with presbycusis.
