Sort order the practical using conditions of the doctor's advice and make the picture according to the analysis. Compare the indexes with TOPSIS method, adopt the self-designed questionnaire research, and analyze the reliability with the 'a" modulus.Result: 1) After the reorganization of the inpatient procedure, the average length of stay is cut down. There is invalid inpatient day in the there disease inpatient procedures. The average length of stay for the lumbar-extrusion operation patient is cut down 4.16 day than before, with the before operation inpatient time being cut down 1 day, and the after operation inpatient time being cut down 3.54 day. The average length of stay for the uterine myoma operation patient is cut down 1.76 day than before, with the before operation inpatient time being cut down 1.08 day, and the after operation inpatient time being cut down 1 day. The average length of stay for the oesophagus cancer operation patient is cut down 3.82 day than before, with the before operation inpatient time being cut down 2.32 day, and the after operation inpatient time being cut down 1 day.2) The overall expense and the average inpatient expense is cut down distinctly after the reorganization of inpatient procedure. Through the compositive comparation, the disease procedures after reorganization are better than it before reorganization. Conclusion: According to the research result, identify the standard of the average inpatient day, devise the plan for inpatient procedure reorganization and use it in clinic. Make a comparing analysis of the indexes before and after practice, and get the result that after the reorganization the average length of stay and expense is cut down, the effect and satisfaction degree of the patient is improved. Analyze properly the reason of the invalid inpatient time, and try to solve such problems as nonstandard diagnosis and treat, waiting for operation and inspection, and waiting for leaving hospital after operation, and so on.
