Oral implant technology has been become a very normal cure method. With the development of the society, the patients not only want the artificial teeth to satisfy them by the physiological function, but also pursuit nature and reality. Traditional artificial teeth are in virtue of jawbone remained in the mouth to get support, consolidation and stabilization. The range of application is mostly limited by the objective conditions. The removable denture wearer can not resume the chew efficiency, affect pronunciation and make people feel uncomfortable. Oral implant technology has developed very well overseas, and the complete system of production and sale has been built. But in China, our technology is spotty and the implants are also with a lot of problems. This paper aims at the structure and figure parameters of current implants, analyzes the stress that effected by them, and then designs a new dental implant according to the results. This new implant can add preload when doctors do operation, which can bring well biology stress. The method is modeling the implant model that with true screw thread, analyzing the stress of the implant and Peri-Implant with the FEA method, and then compares the effect aroused by a single parameter. The results are as follows: the Von Mises of implant and Peri-Implant aroused by echelon screw thread is less than that aroused by reverse hackle and hackle; The Von Mises of screw thread implant with 45 angle is less than that with 15 angle and 30 angle; The Von Mises of screw thread implant with 0.2mm top width is less than that with 0.15mm and 0.1mm; The Von Mises of cortical bone is lest when the thread pitch is 1.0mm as it is changed from 0.7mm to 1.2mm. Increasing the height of the screw thread is advantaged to minish the Von Mises of the cortical bone, but the effect is not in evidence.
