Objective: Primary glaucoma eye is common diseases, and it has become the 21st century one of the major blinding eye disease. Glaucoma is a serious hazard function the disease, and it has been the general concern of the medical profession. The clinical features of glaucoma are: high-pressure pathological, optic and retinal nerve fiber layer damage, vision defects. China's prevalence rate of glaucoma is 0.2-1.7﹪, whose 40 patients over the age of the crowd for the prevalence of 1.68﹪. Glaucoma patients with the disease not only caused great suffering by themselves but also the tremendous burden caused by socio-economic and human resources of significant losses. The cause of glaucoma is more complicated. At present angle-closure glaucoma pathogenesis research found that the incidence of the disease with the structure of human anatomy there is a clear correlation. With shallow anterior chamber, corneal radius of curvature of small, narrow angle, the crystal crown of people vulnerable to angle closure glaucoma. But research shows that the anatomical characteristics of the population of less than 1% of the population in glaucoma. How will possible angle-closure glaucoma screening out from these people in the crowd and to further explain the pathogenesis of glaucoma, which is still a major problem to be resolved. The purpose of this study: We detected some changes through primary angle-closure glaucoma patients before surgery and after surgery, and glaucoma patients and healthy people in areas including immune: CD4, CD8, IgG, IgM, IgA, C3 and C4, and so on and included in the serum: liver function (total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphatase), renal function (creatinine, uric acid), blood lipids (total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein-cholestero, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, apoproteinA, apoproteinB), blood sugar and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood routine: WBC, lymphocytes, monocytes, platelets, hemoglobin. Through these changes we are trying to find the relevant primary angle-closure glaucoma risk of disease markers, the further development of glaucoma in the risk of disease patterns. Through this dangerous model for glaucoma susceptible group of patients with glaucoma screening and provide the basis for the early diagnosis. Methods:Subject:Case Group - September 2007 to March 2008 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University hospital and ophthalmic surgery preparation of patients treated 15 cases. Put it into operation before the group after group. At the same time except for high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and other eye diseases. Gender and age unrestricted. The control group for the same period in the hospital after medical examination by the medical center identified as a normal healthy population of 15 cases. Method: Preoperative Group-Increased intraocular pressure in patients admitted to hospital immediately for blood routine and peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets type(CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8) detection, and cryopreservation serum. Post-operative Group-Through the surgical treatment in patients with normal intraocular pressure after four weeks again for blood routine and peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets type(CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8) detection, and cryopreservation serum. Control group- Healthy people test blood routine and cryopreservation serum. Until three groups of experimental data integrity, we would perform serological test including IgG, IgM, IgA, C3, C4, liver function (total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphatase), renal function (creatinine, uric acid), blood lipids (total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein-cholestero, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, apoprotein A, apoprotein B), blood sugar and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein. SPSS11.0 software applications used by the analysis of the results. Before surgery and after surgery between the two groups using Paired-samples T Test of the way, t-test, after the surgery group and the comparison was between the control group used Independent-sample T Test approach to inspection. P<0.05, all results are statistically significant. Results:Immunity aspects: The value of CD4 before the surgery high than after surgery, group after the surgery lower than the control group; the value of CD8 before the surgery high than after surgery and after surgery high than the control; the value of CD4/CD8 than before the surgery after surgery low, and after the surgery group than the control group low(The control group to provide laboratory data for the reference to the normal value). Mutual comparison, P<0.01 for the significant difference. IgG after surgery than before surgery high and after surgery group than the control group high, P<0.01 significant difference; IgM and C3 before surgery after surgery than low, and after the surgery group than the control group, P <0.05 a difference. Serum biochemical aspects: Low-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, apolipoproteinB after surgery than the control group were higher, P<0.01 significant difference; high-density lipoprotein after the surgery group than the control group, P<0.01 significant difference. Other indicators in before surgery after surgery or after surgery group and control group were not comparison between the obvious differences. Blood routine aspects: Neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes than before the surgery group after surgery high, P<0.05 a difference, and other indicators were not significant differences. At the same time we used Logistic formula calculated relative risk model of the formula:P=e(200.761+41.331LDL-327.760HDL+0.958APK)/1+e(200.761+41.331LDL-327.760HDL+0.985APK)Conclusion: Through experiments we found that angle closure glaucoma patients themselves in the immune system and blood lipids compared with healthy people there were clear difference. We speculated these factors for the angle-closure glaucoma patient's own inherent and could be regarded as the incidence of glaucoma risk factors. At the same time we had detected immune indicators and blood lipid and Logistic formula for the angle-closure glaucoma suspicious crowd Census and the early diagnosis of glaucoma and provide a possibly reliable diagnosis of the objective indicators.
