Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of cord entanglementMethods: A self-control questionnaire was administered to pregnant women who are at 28th to 42th week of gestation. The questionnaire contain larithmics information, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS).We get 200 pregnant women by some biology information after parturition.,100 pregnant women have fetal cord entanglement, another 100 are not. Then we analyze the factors which affect cord entanglement by Descriptive Statistics and Compare Mean analysis, further correlation analysis is used in the factors which can not go into that equation. The same to fetal movement is to investigate and confirm the dependability of the fetal movement and the cord entanglement. Results: 1.The independence factors of cord entanglement include age, income, half-time , not living with husband, fetal movement counting, umbilical cord length, umbilical coiling index, fetal weight, anxiety and depression. 2. The age, income, not living with husband, umbilical cord length, umbilical coiling index, fetal movement counting, fetal weight, anxiety and depression are combination factors. 3. The independence factors of fetal movement include half-time, fetal movement counting, umbilical cord length, the place of placenta umbilical, coiling index, depression and anxiety. half-time, depression and anxiety are combination factors. Conclusion: 1.The cord entanglement is not determined by single factor.2.Some larithmics factors change mental then influence cord entanglement. So it is important to think highly of pregnant women mentation.3.The study find that not living with husband is one of the influencing factors of cord entanglement.
