Young Cervical Pedicle And Its Adjacent Structures Anatomical Study Of The Three-dimensional Measurement

Objective To systematically pedicle on young people and its adjacent three -dimensional histomorphometry study on the morphology of cervical pedicle and development laws on youth cervical pedicle screw fixation and the feasibility of clinical application provide relevant theory reference values.Methods 24 sets of young people(13 to 17 years old)cervical vertebra to the pedicle bone measurement;sawing by the production of frozen specimens and fault data collection and cross - section CT scans cadavers used more three - dimensional reconstruction before measuring,observed 14(8 to 17 years old)cadavers cervical pedicle and the adjacent structure;children from experimental group(8 to 12 years old),adolescents(13 to 17 years old)data and the reported adult data comparison.Results The overall sequence at the same vertebral the same indicators,adult value greater than Junior,and Junior value is greater than children;pedicle width(PW)of less than pedicle high(PH),the pedicle bone cancellous width(PSW)higher than the cancellous bone(PSH);C₂ to C₇,PW after the first decrease gradually increasing.Group C₂ to C₇ children:long axis of the pedicle(LS)to further reduce gradually increasing,Facet long pedicle(LA)increased gradually,to nail distance between two points(ENS)and e corner of the "peaks" changes in the trend.Pedicle epidural space(S1)2.05～3.75 mm,pedicle soft meningocele spacing(S2)value of 5.79 to 9.41 mm,the distance between the former vertebral pedicle(S3)value of 1.80 to 2.26 mm.Junior C₂ to C₇:PSH and f angle on a downward trend,e angle in a " peak" trend, PSW,PSH andωangle decreases first to increase values ofβangle.C₁ - C₇,S1 2.97 to 4. 32 mm and 6.57 to 7.40 for the S2 and S3 1.19 mm to 4.23 mm.Conclusion The young people of cervical pedicle associated with a greater difference between adult and juvenile group and the group of children is different,the experimental design of the screws,a length of LS value×80%,PW value in diameter×55%to PW value×70%.Pedicle and develop- ment of young people:children,adolescents to adults,its LS,PW and LA growth Obviously, PH,PSW,ENS and f Kok growing fairly rapidly,and e Kok,PSH,βangle andωangle change little.
