【Objective】To study the cancer procoagulant as a tumor marker expression in the pathological diagnosed of lung cancer patients and the the relationship of clinical features and pathological factors between them.【Methods】Cancer procoagulant activity was assessed by the method of substrate plasma coagulation without factorⅦaccording to Gordon and Benson's method and was expressed in coagulation time in seconds.To study the expression of cancer procoagulant in 45 lung cancer patients and 35 healthy controls and the relevance of the clinical features,blood coagulation indicators,VEGF in lung cancer patients using this way.Collecting the lung cancer patients' information of clinical features,indicators of coagulation,vascular endothelial growth factor(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF),and other factors.Use ROC curve,COX regression analysis CP as a tumor marker in lung cancer diagnosis and prognosis of clinical significance,calculating the sensitivity and specificity and observing the prognosis of lung cancer patients,studing the relationship between CP and the above factors.【Results】1.The expression of the cancer procoagulant was higher in the serum of lung cancer patients than the mean values of patients in the control group.The differences found in the study between the groups examined and the control group were statistically significant at P<0.05.The diagnosis of the sensitivity was 46.7% and specificity was 96.9%.Whether single-or multi-factor analysis of factors of CP did not enter the COX regression analysis model,suggesting that CP could not determine the prognosis of patients with lung cancer indicators.2.In the expression of different gender,women expressed more clearly than man;different types of lung cancer among CP expression were no statistical difference.A significant difference was observed between the well-differentiated,poorly differentiated in lung cancer on the degree of differentiation.T1 and T2 were more significant difference with T3,T4 in primary tumor size.There was significant difference in serum level of CP between patients with different lyphatic metastasis and clinical stage.3.Correlation analysis showed that cancer-procoagnlant and prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)has nothing to do(p>0.05),CP and D-dimer(r = 0.036, p<0.05),PLT(r = 0.365,p<0.05)were positively correlated,CP and vascular endothelial growth factor expression was negatively correlated(r =- -0.676,p<0.01).4.Serum VEGF expressionⅠandⅡno significant difference between the period,Ⅰperiod andⅢ,Ⅳperiod compared with a meaningful statistical analysis (P = 0.000),Ⅱperiod andⅢ,Ⅳperiod compared with a meaningful statistical analysis(P = 0.000),Ⅲand meaningful comparison betweenⅣ;T1 and T2 in comparison with no statistical difference between,and T3,T4 more significant difference(P<0.05),T2 with T3,T4 comparison A significant difference(P<0.05), T3 and T1,T2,T4 have relatively significant difference(P<0.05);T4 and T1,T2,T3 has relatively significant difference(P<0.05);in NO N1 and no significant difference between,NO and N2,N3 between statistical difference(P<0.05),N1 and N2,N3 have relatively significant difference(P<0.05),N2 and N3 between no statistical Differences(P>0.05).【Conclusion】1.Cacer Procoagulant has a high expression in lung cancer.As a tumor marker used in clinical diagnosis CP has a good sensitivity and specificity,the low rate of misdiagnosis;sensitivity is not high,and the ability of the detection of lung cancer patients is poor,COX regression analysis suggested that CP could not determine the prognosis of patients with lung cancer indicators,then need to further confirmed.2.Its expression has nothing to do with the pathological types of lung cancer.CP activity depend on the primary tumor stage.3.PT,APTT hace no relevance with CP,and PLT,D-dimer were positively correlated,suggesting that cancer procoagulant-coagulation and the relationship between the ProcoagulantS need to further study.4.VEGF with lung cancer staging,primary tumor size,lymph node involvement in the progress of serum also a corresponding increase in the level of expression...
