The Expression And Its Significance Of SSTR2,P15 And P16 In Gastrica Carcinoma Tissues

Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of SSTR2,P15 and P16 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods The gastric carcinoma tissues 42 and the mucosa adjactent to carcinoma 42 from exairesis tissues respectively,the control group of chronic superficial gastritis tissues 40 from endoscopic biopsy.After total RNA extraction,RT-PCR technique was respectively used to detect SSTR2 expression in the gastric carcinoma tissues,the mucoma adjactent to carcinoma tissues and control group,meanwhile SP immunohistochemical method was respectively used to detect the expression of P15 and P16 protein in the tissues aboved.Results The positive rates of SSTR2,P15 and P16 protein were 45.23%,42.86%and 33.33%respectively in the gastric carcinoma tissues,which were significantly lower than that in the mucoma adjactent to carcinoma tissues and the control group with significant difference in statistics(P＜0.05),but there were no significant difference in statistics between the mucoma adjactent to carcinoma tissues and the control group(P＞0.05).The positive rates of expression of SSTR2,P15 and P16 in the gastric carcinoma tissues with the different locus were no significant difference in statistics(P＞0.05).The positive rates of expression of SSTR2 in the gastric carcinoma poorly differentiated and gastric carcinoma moderately differentiated were significant difference in statistics(P＜0.01),comparison with the gastric carcinoma poorly differentiated and the gastric carcinoma well-differentiated,the gastric carcinoma moderately differentiated and the gastric carcinoma well-differentiated,no significant difference in statistics(P＞0.05).The positive rates of expression of SSTR2 in different clinical stage was not significant difference in statistics(P＞0.05).The positive rates of expression of SSTR2 in the gastric carcinoma with lymph node metabasis was 41.67%,which were not significantly difference compared with no lymph node metabasis in statistics(P＞0.05).The positive rates of expression of P15 and P16 in different pathological type were no significant difference in statistics(P＞0.05).The positive rates of expression of P15 and P16 in the gastric carcinoma tissues had no significant correlation with clincal stages.But there is a significant positive correlation between the positive rates of expression of P15 and P16 in the gastric carcinoma tissues.The positive rates of expression of P15 and P16 in the gastric carcinoma with lymph node metabasis was 33.33%,20.0%respectively,which were significantly difference compared with no lymph node metabasis in statistics(P＜0.05).the positive rates of expression of SSTR2 in the gastric carcinoma tissues had a significant positive correlation with P16,but not P15.Conclutions The positive rates of expression of SSTR2,P15 and P16 show down-regulation in the gastric carcinoma tissues.SSTR2,P15 and P16 together participate into the course of the development of gastric carcinoma.The positive rates of expression of SSTR2 in the gastric carcinoma tissues had a significant positive correlation with P16,which could play coordination role in the development of gastric carcinoma;but not P15,which could have single independent influencing factor.The combined detection of SSTR2,P15 and P16 can be used as a reference index in diagnosis and disease judgement of gastric carcinoma...
