To study the changes and its related factors of accommodative convergence(AC)/accommodative(A)ratio of myopia after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).【Methods】55 cases(110 eyes)who were divided into two groups of wearing flame glasses(Gg)and wearing contact lens(Gc)were treated by LASIK,Their AC/A ratios were measured with synoptohore wearing glasses before surgery and 3 months after surgery, and analysis in statistic was made by satistic software(spss 11.5 version).【Results】Whether wearing frame glasses(t=0.953,p=0.346)or contact lens (t=0.299,p=0.770)there was no significant statistic difference between the AC/A ratio before operation and postoperation.Whether before operation(t=-0.289,p=0.776)or after operation(t=-0.591,p=0.560),the statistic difference between Gg and Gc was not found.Linear regression equation(Y=5.051-0.08X1)was found between AC/A ratio after operation and patient' age.The AC/A ratio after operation was negative correlated with patient' age. While the AC/A ratio of wearing frame glasses group after operation was statistic correlated with the AC/A ratio before operation. There were stastic correlation between AC/A ratio difference value and AC/A ratio before operation, age, corneal curvature different value, cutting depth of advantages eye.【Conclusion】For the patients of long wearing frame glasses or wearing contact lens,There is no signicant difference of AC/A ratio.Postoperation naked eyes are not affected by operation and regain their preoperation level of wearing glasses at 3 month after operation. The AC/A ratio after operation is negative correlated with age.The AC/A different value is related with AC/A ratio before operation, age, cutting depth and corneal curvature difference value.
