Objective: By an observation of 50 clinical cases, Discussing main pathogenies and curative effect of combination therapy.Methods: For 50 cases, during March to December 2007 in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM, Zhuhai Branch, had a collection of medical history and a examination of external eye, tear membrane, refraction and ocular fundus to definitude the pathogeny to have a combination therapy. All 50 cases accepted a sodium hyaluronate eye liquid, a heteropathy, an orally-taken concerted preparation ,and a treatment to otopoints.Results: In these 50 cases, we found 26 cases (52% ) of immunologic conjunctivits, 18 cases (36%)of dry eye syndrome. Most cases of dry eye syndrome have a ill lifestyle of watching TV or PC for a long time (above 2 hours per day), or a lack of sleep, or partial eclipse. At the same time, we found 6 cases (12%) of refractive error. After a combination therapy, 35 cases lost their symptom (70%), and 10 cases (20%) lightened their symptom. Another 5 cases (10%) had no progresses. The total effective rate is 90%.Conclusion: The main pathogenies of abnormal blinking are immunologic conjunctivitis, dry eye syndrome and refractive error. The combination therapy has a remarkable effective in treating children's abnormal blinking.
