Objective Retrospective analysis of 214 cases of acute pancreatitis Ultrasono -graphic performance, and the results were compared CT scan, ultrasound diagnosis of acute pancreatitis missed, misdiagnosis, the aim is to raise ultrasound diagnosis of acute pancreatitis accuracy. Methods For the past five years we have 214 patients of clear clinical diagnosis of patients with acute pancreatitis ultrasonography and CT findings were retrospectively analyzed. ultrasonography compare CT scan of missed diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, misdiagnosis. Result 214 cases of acute pancreatitis in patients with sonography and CT results were compared and laboratory tests, ultrasound diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in the overall accuracy rate of 66.8% (143/214), in which the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis edema is the overall rate of quasi - 65.9% (118/179), the diagnosis of acute necrotizing pancreatitis accuracy rate of 71.4% (25/35), 49 cases of misdiagnosis ultrasound examination, the overall rate of misdiagnosis is 22.9% (49/214), which missed edema pancreatitis 42 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 23.5% (42/176), acute necrotizing pancreatitis missed seven cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 20% (7/35); sonography in 22 cases of misdiagnosis, the overall rate of misdiagnosis of 10.28%, Acute pancreatitis edema misdiagnosed 19 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 10.6% (19/176), acute necrotizing pancreatitis misdiagnosed three cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 8.6% (3/35). Missed diagnosis of the main, the causes of misdiagnosis: pancreatic tumor arising from the limitations of the pancreas and increase echo was not sufficient understanding of the typical change of 29.5% (21/71), gastrointestinal gas interference, pancreatic failure, accounting for 57.7% (41/71). Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of acute pancreatitis main missed misdiagnosis due to insufficient understanding of a typical change, and gastrointestinal gas interference pancreas showed.
