| Objective To investigate the relationship between the female infertile and anti -reproductive antibodies. Methods From January 2006 to December 2007. The sera of 540 primary and 440 secondary infertile women, 23~35 years old, were detected serum anti sperm antibody(ASAb), anti endometrium antibody(AEMAb), anti ovary antibody (AOVAb), anti-human chorionic gonadotropin antibody(AHCGAb), anti cardiolipin anti -body(ACPAb) and anti zona pellucid anti body(AZPAb) with ELISA. Results The positive rate of these anti-reproductive antibodies were: ASAb21.48%, AEMAb15.19%, AOVAb19.63%, AhCGAb14.26%, ACPAb12.96%, AzpAb30.74% in primary infertile group, and ASAb18.41%, AEMAb25.23%, AOVAb14.09%, AHCGAb22.05%, ACPAb 18.86%, AZPAb29.31% in the secondary group. The statistical analysis showed that the positive rates of AEMAb, AhCGAb and ACPAb in secondary group were higher than those in primary group(P<0.05).and the positive rate of AOVAb in primary group was higher than that in secondary group(P<0.05). But the positive rates of ASAb and AZPAb were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). And 194 patients showed multipl positive rate(19.79%). Conclusions The positive rates of AEMAb, AHCGAb and ACPAb in secondary group were higher than those in primary group and the positive rate of AOVAb in primary group was higher than that in secondary group. The detection of the anti-reproductive antibodies will provide the evidences for the diagnosis and cure of female infertility. |
