Object To observe the different body mass index,age﹑sex of prolactine grades of prolactinemia diagnosed and control group, analyse the different distributing of body mass index,age﹑sex of different Prolactine grades of prolactinemia and control group and compare association between BMI and prolactine grades of prolactinemia, to diagnoses of prolactinemia through body mass inde. Methods 129 inpatients were diagnosed prolactine mia. Antitheses group who enrolled no function pituitary adenoma. We divideed three group in basis of level of serum prolactine, hign prolactine adenoma group (serum prolactine≥200ng/ml 43case), suffer prolactine adenoma group (serum prolactine PRL 101-200ng/ml 24case), low prolactine adenoma group (serum prolactine 26-100 ng/ml 62case). We also divideed three group in basis of body mass index (BMI), nomal group BMI<24 kg/h, overweight group BMI≥24~﹤28kg/h, obesity group BM I≥28 kg/h, and measured BMI,age and sex. We compared with BMI, age, sex among various group in order to discuss correlation between prolactine level of prolactinemia and BMI. Results BMIof hign prolactine level group of prolactinemiaprominencely higer more than BMI of suffer prolactine adenoma group, BMIof low prolactine adenoma group and BMIof comparing BMI of suffer prolactine adenoma group, P﹤0.05(P=0.00); comparing BMI of suffer prolactine adenoma group; comparing BMI of low prolactine adenoma group and no function pituitary adenoma group is no obviousl distinction, P﹥0.05(P=0.25); different level prolactine of prolactinemia is correlative with BMI, enen positive correlation, X2=75.67, P﹤0.005, r=0.608; comparing average ageof hign prolactine adenoma group to average age of suffer prolactine adenoma group is no obvious distinction, P=0.375; age of hign prolactine adenoma group and age of suffer prolactine adenoma group arelower than the age of suffer prolactine adenoma group and no function pituitary adenoma group, all P value﹤0.05(P=0.00); comparing average age of low prolactine adenoma group to average age of no function pituitary adenoma group is no differeng, P=0.36, P﹥0.05; the female incidence of disease is higner than males in hign prolactine adenoma group, suffer prolactine adenoma group and low prolactine adenoma group, the male incidence of disease is higner females in the no function pituitary adenoma group, all P﹤0.05. Conclusion body mass index (BMI), age, sex have distincted in the differeng prolactine of prolactinemia, different level prolactine of prolactinemia is correlative with BMI,enen positive correlation, X~2= 75.67, P﹤0.005, r=0.608, diagnosing of prolactinemia through body mass inde is signification.
