| Objective: to analyze relationship of hyperuricemia and biochemical ,dietary, lifestyles , glucose and lipid metabolism related cytokines.and discover their Uyghur national hyperuricemias pathogenesis. Methods: Methods: a case–control Study was conducted With 205cases of hyperuricemia and 204 as controls .anthropometrie, blood pressure and bioehemiealVariable were measured and dietary, liefstyle and disases history were conduete face-to-face investigation. Results: 1)Compared to normourieemic subjects, hyperuricemia subjects had significantly greater SCr, BUN,TG, TC(P<0.05).In Pearson correlation analyses , BUA concentration was significantly positively assoeiated withTG(r=0.250,P=0.00),TC(r=0.160,P=0.00),SCr(r=0.250,P=0.00),BUN(r=0.230,P=0.00) 2.Compared to normourieemic subjects, hyperuricemia subjects had significantly greater energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate,VitaminA, VitaminE, VitaminB1, VitaminB2, nicotinicacid, VitaminC, Ca, P, K, Na, Mn, Fe, Zinc, Se, Cu, Mg concentrations (P<0.01) .In Pearson correlation analyses BUA coneentration was significantly Positively assoeiated with energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, VitaminA, VitaminE,VitaminB1, VitaminB2, nicotinicacid, Ca, P, K, Na, Mn, Fe, Zinc, Se, Cu, Mg. BUA coneentration with VitaminC was negative correlation 3. Compared to normourieemic subjects, hyperuricemia subjects had significantly greater body mass Index and WHR concentrations (P<0.05)4. Compared to normourieemic subjects, hyperuricemia subjects had significantly greater Leptin, Resistin and Adipocyte concentrations (P<0.05).5. Logistic regression analyses showed that obesity, high triglyceride were the risk of hyperuricemia. Conclusion: 1. Uyhgur national hyperuricaemia and blood fats obvious related. 2. The high energy, high protein, high fat diet promote Uygur national hyperuricaemia's blood uric acid elevation, should aim at the Uyhgur national minority diet and the national characteristics development health education prevents and the control hyperuricaemia. 3. The hyperuricaemia patient Resistin, Leptin level rise, the Adipocyte level to drop. 4.The obesity, high triglyceride were the risk of hyperuricemia. |
