The Correlation Study On HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome Of Coronary Heart Disease Between Thrombus Precursor Protein And Fibrinogen

Objective:Through detection about thrombus precursor protein (TpP)and fibrinogen (Fg) and other indicators of 138 coronary heart disease patients, Analysis the relations of the above indicators between HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome and non-HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome of coronary heart disease, Provide the basis for objective of the clinical differential diagnosis of HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome of coronary heart disease. Method: Choose 138 coronary heart disease patients, HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group 65 cases, Non-HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group 73 cases, Healthy control group 65 cases, Observed Fg, TpP such as content changes of three groups. Results: 1) Comparison of plasma TpP: Compared with healthy control group, CHD HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group, non-HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group TpP in plasma were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ); CHD HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group TpP content with the non- HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group, there has been a significant difference (P<0.05). 2) Content of plasma Fg: Compared with healthy control group, CHD HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group, non- HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group were significantly increased, the differences were significant (P<0.05) and CHD HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group Fg content higher than non-HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome group (P<0.05). Conclusions: 1) The increase of plasma TpP and plasma Fg , reflecting the endothelial injury, abnormal coagulation system. That: coronary heart disease HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome is closely related to endothelial injury and abnormal coagulation system.plasma TpP and plasma Fg can be used as Objective basis in tcm Dialectical of HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome of coronary heart disease. 2) Pathologic Basis of coronary heart disease HuiZhuoTanzhu Syndrome may be a state of high blood coagulation of the blood.
