After the examination, combine the two conclusion to form a fourfold table, in order to calculate sensitivity, specificity, false negative rate, false positive rate, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and so on Results the Se of the Berlin sleepy quality assessment questionnaire to OSAHS and the PGS examination 88.14%, Sp is 50%, Fnr 11.86%, Fpr 50%, +LR1.76, -LR0.24.The validity is 39.83% Conclusion the research indicates that with the Berlin sleepy quality assessment questionnaire to diagnosis OSAHS, its true positive rate is higher, but its true negative rate and younden index are not high, so it can be used to the primary screening of OSAHS patients.
