Analysis Of Diagnosis And Therapy About 95 Cases Of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To Explore clinical features of endometrial carcinoma and methods of diagnosis with different clinical stages and different therapies and prognosis. Methods Retrospective analyzed 95 cases data about endometrial carcinoma on clinic and follow up in our hospital from January. 2002 to December. 2007. The patient's age was(54+14) (30-78 years old), 91 patients was diagnosed as endometrial cancer by ultrasound examine associated with fractional curettage under the guide of hysteroscopy was diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma before operation, 81 patients accept surgery therapy, after operation, according to surgery-pathology stages, some patients were given radiotherapy and (or) the chemotherapy. Results Compare with preoperative ultrasound examine and surgery- pathology stages about infiltration degree of uterus coincidence rate 81.92%; the coincidence of clinical stages before operation and surgery- pathology stages is arrived to 80.05%. There are some clinical data demonstrate that surgery-pathology stage can preferable reflect pathological varieties situation and prognosis. the patients was given Surgery and chemotherapy. Their survival rate is higher. Conclusion Ultrasound examine associated with fractional curettage under the guide of hysteroscopy is important to endometrial carcinoma, compared with ultrasound examine and surgery- pathology stages about infiltration degree of uterus(P>0.05); compare with surgery treatment and the surgery associated with the chemotherapy treatment (P<0.05),accordingly, the surgery associated with the chemotherapy treatment will promote patient's survival rate and improve sicker's progonosis.
