Objective: To analyze the correlated factors of intradialysis hypertension and hypotension in maintenace hemodialysis patients.Method:1.Retrieve the clinical data of 118 maintenace hemodialysis patients in the Department of Blood Purification, PLA General Hospital from November 2005 to December 2007. According the appearing time of hypertension, these patients were divided into four groups. Analyize the primary diseases of ESRD, general status, anemia target, target of hemodialysis and structure of cardia.2. Retrieve the clinical data of 85 maintenace hemodialysis patients in the Department of Blood Purification, PLA General Hospital from November 2005 to December 2007. According the appearing time of hypotension, these patients were divided into four groups. Analyize the primary diseases of ESRD, general status, anemia target, target of hemodialysis and cordis structure, foodintake, hypotensive drug and temperature.Results:1.Stepwise multivariate regress analysis identified the highest hypertension associated with primary hypertension and UF in the first hour. The highest hypertension associated with angiotensinII and UFR/BSA in the second hour. The highest hypertension associated with EPO andâ–³Ca in the third hour. The highest hypertension associated with angiotensinll and RRF in the forth hour.2. Stepwise multivariate regress analysis identified the hypotension associated with age and DM in the first hour. The hypotension associated with hemodialysis time and cordis contractile function in the second hour. The hypotension associated with foodtake during dialysis, hypotensive drug pre- hemodialysisand and CRP in the third hour. The hypotension associated with UFR/BSA and post-hemodialysis temperature raising in the forth hour. Conclusion: Hypertension and hypotension are all influenced by multi-factor during hemodialysis. It is necessary to take individual treatment measure in order to control blood pressure much better during hemodialysis.
