[Objective]The technique of quantitative tissue velocity imaging is a new method which can traumaless and quantitative analyze the regional myocardial motion velocity in ventricular systole and diastole. This study is to evaluate the clinical value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging in detection of regional of ventricular systolic and diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease. To investigate the applied value of QTVI for pristine diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.[Methods]38 hospitalized patients were diagnosed as having coronary heart disease by coronary artery CT or angiography.59 lesions were found in 114 coronary arteries, and they were divided into three groups:left anterior descending branch group(22 cases),left circumflex branch group(19 cases) and right coronary artery branch group(18 cases). The control group controlled 20 healthy subjects.Myocardial motion velocity was measured with quantitative tissue velocity imaging. To compare the parametric difference with the patients and the healthy subjects by measuring and recording parametric numerus.[Results]There were significant differences in peak early diastolic velocity(Ve),ratio of peak early/late diastolic velocity(Ve/Va) and left ventricular systolic velocity(Vs) between the patients and the healthy subjects. And 11 patients were examined normally by echocardiogram whom were showed abnormality of regional systolic and diastolic function by QTVI.[Conclusions]1.The index of myocardial motion velocity,as Ve,Ve/Va,Vs,can detect regional and ischemic myocardial systolic and diastolic dysfunction quantitively in left ventricular. And it has good correlation with morbid blood vessel in patients with coronary heart disease. It can pristine diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.2.The technique of quantitative tissue velocity imaging has an advantage over traditional ultrasound in confirming the extent of myocardial motion dysfunction, which provides abundant information of quantitative analysis and can avoid the influence of subjective factor.3.The Ve has an obviously descent, and the ratio of Ve/Va inverts in right ventricular, but there is no significant differences of Vs.the index of Ve,Ve/Va can be used to evaluate myocardial dysfunction quantitively in right ventricular in patients with coronary heart disease.
