The Precautionary And The Therapy Project Of Cytomegalovirus Pneumonia After Kidney Transplantation Surgical Operation

【Objective】Study the precautionary and the therapy project of cyto- megalovirus pneumonia after kidney transplantation surgical operation.【Methods】We retrospectively analysed 42 clinical datas of cytome- galovirus pneumonia in 292 cases of primary allogeneic kidney- transplantation surgical operation from January, 2005 to June, 2007. according to the different precautionary, they were taken in tow group: synteresis-group and unsynteresis-group,and the different therapy project, they were taken in tow group A group and B group.The morbidity of cytomegalovirus pneumonia, percent of the cure, The morbidity of safety in the patients of the different groups were observed.【Results】:1. The morbidity of cytomegalovirus pneumoniaIn the date of observation, The morbidity of cytomegalovirus pneumonia in synteresis-group was signifi- cantly lower than in unsynteresis-group group (p <0.05).2.In the date of observation, The percent of the curen of cytomegalovirus pneumonia in A group was significantly higher than in B group (p <0.05).3.The morbidity of safety3.1 In the treatment process of 42 cases, there was no significant difference between A group and B group on reducing of acute rejection(p>0.05).3.2 In the date of observation, there was no significant difference between A group and B group about the glucose condation (p>0.05).3.3 In the treatment process of 42 cases, there are no any one taken place.【Conclusions】1.anti-virus therapy after kidney transplantation surgical operation can reduce the incidence of cytoplasma pneumonia caused by cytomegalovirus.2.the early doseage of immunosuppressive agent significantly discrease and the use of glucocorticoid at beginning stage can reduce the incidence of cytoplasma pneumonia caused by cytomeg- alovirus3.the doseage of immunosuppressive agent significantly discr- ease in the disease phase of cytoplasma pneumonia can't increase the incidence of reject reaction.4.greatly use of glucocorticoid in the disease phase of cytoplasma pneumonia can't increase the incidence of diabetes, caput femoris-putrescence and osteoporosis...
