To aim directly at this mechanism,the therapy of combining atomization inhaling ofβ2-agonist and corticosteroid have been the most effective drugs in the treatment of asthma. The pulmonary function test is objective index to judge the state of asthma and evalue clinical effects. It could give reliable quantization target to clinical therapy by surveying disease severity in relation to asthma during acute episode phase, It also could assess curative effect after therapy, detect degree of airway injury,to institute further treatment. This dissertation to evaluate the efficacy of atomization inhaling of a short-actingβ2-agonist (tebutalin) and corticosteroid(budesonide) in combination therapy of acute adult asthma,in order to supply more experiences for the prevention, diagnosis, and therapy of asthma.The objective of the dissertation is to evaluate the efficacy of atomization inhaling of a short-actingβ2-agonist (tebutalin) and corticosteroid (budesonide) in combination therapy of acute adult asthma.The method of the dissertation is to collects 72 patients with asthma during acute episode phase and remission phase. The patients were assigned randomly into 2 groups: the control group and the treated group were both 36 cases. the control group received conventional therapy such as anti-inflammation,dissipate phlegm and so on. The treated group received atomization inhaling tebutalin and budesonide twice per day on the base of conventional therapy. Observation was done for 7 days. The pulmonary function, the time of alleviate symptoms, and curative effect were checked and compared before treatment with those after treatment. Statistics analysis: experimental data takes the form of average±standard ( x±S) with the utilizing of percent. The statistics method adopts the statistics software of SPSS 11.5.The result of the dissertation is that after the course, the pulmonary function is improved in both groups, the treat group is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). the treated group also improved significantly higher than the control group in the time of alleviate symptoms, and curative.The conclusion is combination of atomization inhaling of budesonide and terbutalin has the best effects for patients with asthma in acute episode phase with few ill effects, it might improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function in short observation.
