Study On Correlation Between Express Of Osteopontin Level In Peripheral Blood And Hepatitis B Related Diseases

【objective】To study the expression of osteopontin protein in the peripheral blood of hepatitis B-related diseases.Intend investigate the role of osteopontin in hepatitis B-related diseases.If it can serve as an effective plasma markers.【Methods】Application the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELIASA) to detect 85 case of patients with the expression level of osteopontin. Including 24 case of hepatitis B patients simply.22 case of hepatitis B after liver.24 case of cirrhosis.primary carcinoma of the liver.and the normal group of 15cases.Meantime,using the ELISA method to study the expression level of the IL-6 in the peripheral blood.In order to analysis the expression and significance of osteopontin in the hepatitis B-related diseases.【Resluts】1.In normal group. the level of osteopontin was 3.58±1.43ng/ml.InHepatitis B group.the level of osteopontin was 2.61±1.51ng/ml.In Liver cirrhosis group,the plasma level of osteopontin was 5.47±1.49ng/ml.Primary liver cancer group,the plasma level of esteopontin was 13.52±2.32ng/ml2. In primary liver cancer group,the expression of OPN were relation with differentiation and clinical stages and wether accompanied by Cirrhosis.but there was not relation with age sex.there exist a significant difference between liver cancer group and normal group.the expression of OPN in Cirrhosis group ,the expression of OPN were relation with CHE and TBIL ALG.As the increase of the former index.the higher expression in the later. The level of OPN in Discompensation period was higher than that in patients with decompensated3.In the normal group ,the level of IL-6 was 57.3±24.49ng/ml.In the Hepatitis B group,the level of IL-6was 70.6±31.85ng/ml.In the Liver cirrhosis group ,the level of IL-6 was 110.3±48.27ng/ml .In the Primary liver cancer group, he level of IL-6 was 128.6±42.26ng/ml.【Conclusion】1.The level of OPN in peripheral blood of the hepatitis B patients is slightly lower than in the normal person.2.The level of OPN in peripheral blood of hepatoellular carcinoma group is the highest. there exist a significant difference between liver cancer group and normal group(p<0.01). the expression of OPN were relation with differentiation and clinical stages and wether accompanied by Cirrhosis..osteopontin can be used as a liver cancer biological behavior of plasma makers.it have a high clinical value.3. In cirrhosis group,the levels of osteopontin is significantly higher than normal levels(p<0.01),and its expression in the liver is closely related to the degree of liver damage and the development of disease.
