Objective:To explore the relationship between dissociative and childhood trauma in youths.Methods:Dissociative Experience Scale and Clinical Semi-Structural Interview were applied to select 30 patients having dissociative systems whose score of dissociative experience scale exceeded 30 to be study group, to select 29 healthy college students to be control group, then request them to fill in childhood trauma questionnaire.Result:1. Total score of maltreat of study group was 46.13±14.031, which was significant deviation compared control group(t=4.712, P=.000), furthermore, there were difference on every factor. Among which there was significant deviation on feeling ignorance and feeling maltreat;2. There was strong correlation between dissociation and sex abuse,feeling ignorance,feeling maltreat and maltreat(r=.344~.510, P<0.01), there was no strong correlation with body maltreat(r=.207, P>0.05);3. The total score of maltreat hadn't showed difference on gender(t=–1.657, P=.103);4. The total score of dissociation showed difference on gender(t=–2.664, P=.010).Conclusion:Dissociation has strong correlation with childhood abuse, especially with feeling ignorance,feeling maltreat and sex abuse in youths, which hint to watch closely dealing with children trauma to patient with dissociative experience.
