[Ojective] Rucellosis is a infection and allergic diseases of humans and animals, caused by brucella, which was regulated type B infectious diseases by the infectious diseases control law of The People's Republic of China. The major source of infection is ill sheep, ill cattle, ill pig and deer. The disease epidemic situation of Brucellosis in china have experienced prevail peak period in 1950s～1970s, basic control period in the end of eighties to the beginning of the nineties, then begun to rise again among the nineties. The epidemic situation rises again at the end of century, the new morbidity number already approaches highest level in history and it has been outbreak and prevalence in some areas.The epidemic situation rises again in Jilin province in 90s and the range is expand from central section agriculture district to half agricultures of western part partly and east mountain area and even outbreak. The epidemic situation is being any where in our province at now, which will persistence from now on or expend.[Methods] The research foundation which description and analysis the distribution and influencing factor about brucellosis is inspection district of brucellosis in Baicheng city from 2001 to 2006. Analysis the type and the characteristics of population infection by the monitoring data of serologic from man and animals.[Result] The trend of epidemic situation is raise and being whole years in which the peak season was from January to August. The range is expand, which concentrate in Taonan city, Taobei city and Daan city which accounted for 90.85% in whole city. The point of outbreak is increasing and the number is up to 16.The major occupation distribution is farmer and shepherd, which directly relates with animal husbandry production and circulate, the touching with production. The epidemic situation transfer from occupational population to no and the disease happen in child at any time, all of this can ascribe to two reasons, one reason is the environment which animals and people live together, another is some students and children play animals as pets.Above-mentioned condition has the following cause mainly: First, this locality source of infection does not clear away completely , although the point outbreak has carried out measure such as catching and killing in recent years, but the source of disease which carried disease still being after sell by raiser. Second, the range of immune is small, the low ratios of immune made the intruding source of disease infect early. Third, the source of infection come from Heilongjiang, Liaoning , Inner Mongolia enter into my city by frequently transaction without strictly quarantine. Fourth, the lack of health knowledge about brucellosis is major reason.[Conclusion] Control countermeasures and measures:Strengthening management of health and strictly executive prevention measure of brucellosis by law; Expending the range of survey and strengthening monitoring works; Strengthening education and propaganda and improving cognition degree in medical personnel to reduce misdiagnosis and missed Diagnosis of brucellosis.
