Objective To offer the advice,through analyse the effect of empirical use of antibiotic for the immunocompromised patients who get the nosocomial infections. Methods Collect of 49 patients who had nosocomial infections and immuno- compromised, analysis the types and efficacy of their empirical using antibiotics.Results The common site of nosocomial infections is respiratory ;The use of broad-spectrum antibiotic still predominant, Carbapenems 38%,Vancomycin 15%,Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium 11%, Consistent with the recommended use of the programme.40 cases clinical symptoms improved or disappeared, efficient reached 81.6%.Among 49 cases 79.59% cases neutrophil bellows 1.0×109/L , None of the 49 cases of infection-related deaths. Conclusion At present the empirical use of antibiotics is basically rational, and the effect of antibiotics is related with the local distribution of bacteria and bacterial sensitivity to the drug, At the same time attention to forward the use of the Vancomycin, as well as the emergence of multi-drug resistant bacteria.
