Effects Of ShenTongZhuYuTang On Fibrinogen Level In Rats With Adjuvant Arthritis

Objective: To approach the rules of fibrinogen (FIB) content in the rat model made before and after the changes on the basis of the adjuvant arthritis (AA) rat model, and clear the relationship between FIB and rheumatoid arthritis (RA); Using ShenTongZhuYuTang as the carrier to further approach the relationship between RA and FIB, which are provide the scientific basis more effectively for the treatment with ShenTongZhuYuTang. Methods: Use modeling method. Intervene in Chinese medicine after two weeks and then measure the content of the FIB in the three groups respectively, while the three groups were measured C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), arthritis index (AI). Results: (1)After success in modeling, the control group are obviously different with the model group and the Chinese medicine group in the weight,circumference of the right hock,arthritis index, P <0.005, the difference was significant, and the Chinese medicine group there was no significant difference with the model groups, P=0.353,0.950,0.809, the difference was not statistically significant.(2)After treat with Chinese medicine, the control group,the model group,the Chinese Medicines are significantly different in fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and arthritis index, P<0.005, the difference was significant; The model group are significantly different with the control group and the Chinese medicine group in the circumference of the right hock, P<0.05, the difference is significant, the control group was not significant differences between the Chinese medicine group, P = 0.244, the difference was not statistically significant;There was no significant differences between the three groups in the weight, P>0.08, the difference was not statistically significant.(3) Repeated measurement analysis in the circumference of the right hock,arthritis index are all significant difference among the groups and within the groups (P<0.001), and these two indexes display the interaction in terms of time and group (P<0.001); Repeated measurement analysis in the weight are all significant difference among the groups and within the groups(P <0.001),but no interaction in terms of weight and time(P=0.195).(4)In the correlation, two weeks after Chinese intervention, fibrinogen and ESR were positively correlated with each other, and the correlation coefficient is 0.740, significant correlation between the two (P = 0.014); fibrinogen and C-reactive protein was positively correlated with each other, and the correlation coefficient is 0.634, significant correlation between the two (P = 0.049); fibrinogen and arthritis index was positively correlated with each other, and the correlation coefficient is 0.808, significant correlation between the two (P=0.005);Conclusion: Fibrinogen are closely related to recognized diagnostic factors of RA. It can be used to diagnosis and treatment to RA, or even important reference for the early diagnosis of factors. ShenTongZhuYuTang can be improved to varying degrees to the adjuvant arthritis rat in the arthritis index,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen level, it can provide experimental basis for the clinical treatment of RA with ShenTongZhuYuTang.
