Background: Infertility is women have normal sexual life and no contraception, but have not conceived for two years after marriage, Infertility is worldwide problem, it impacts on the physical and mental health of both men and women, its incidence has increased annually, having became a major medical and social problem in the word. The cause of female infertility is very complex, In addition to anatomical, genetic, endocrine, infection and other factors, about 10 to 20 percent of the patients have unknown etiology. For this part of the infertility , at present, the tendency is to think that the mechanism may be related to Immunologic factors, should check whether they have abnormal immune function. In the past 20 years, studies showed that autoimmune abnormal rates of patients in infertility with unknown causes gradually increased, suggesting that we need to study the impact of autoimmune on the ability of conception. The so-called autoimmuneis the phenomenon which the body's immune system produces self-antibody against the self-antigen and (or) the self-sensitized lymphocytes. The antigens of the reproductive system, sunch as sperm, seminal plasma, zona pellucida, can produce their self-antibodies.Objective: By analyzing the detection of autoimmune antibody in 356 cases of female infertility, explore the relations between autoimmune antibodies and infertility. Methods: retrospectively analyze the clinical data of female infertile patients in our hospital out-patient and out-patient Jilin Provinc from March 2006 to December 2008.Results:①infertility Group (Including the original group of infertility and secondary infertility post-abortion group) the positive rates of ASAB, EMAb, ACA and AOAb ( 23.31%,20.51%,19.94%,17.98% ) are significantly higher than normal fertility(4%,4%,4%,2%), the two groups statistically (P <0.01) indicates that the ASAB, EMAb, ACA AOAb is significantly relative to female infertility,②the positive rates of serum ASAB, EMAb, ACA and AOAb(28.27%, 24.61%,22.51%,19.90%) of secondary infertility post-abortion group are higher than normal fertility(4%,4%,4%, 2%), the two groups statistically (P <0.01) indicates that the ASAB, EMAb, ACA AOAb is significantly relative to secondary infertility post-abortion.③the positive rate of ASAB, EMAb in the group of secondary infertility after abortion (28.27%,24.61%) was significantly higher than that of in the group of original infertility (17.58%,15.76%) and the two groups statistically (P <0.05) indicates that the ASAB, EMAb in the group of secondary infertility after abortion was significantly higher than that of in the group of original infertility; though ACA AOAb (22.51%,19.90%) is higher than that of in the group of original infertility (16.97% , 15.76%), statistical P>0.05, no statistical difference;④In more than 3 times abortion group, ositive rates of serum ASAB, EMAb, ACA and AOAb(32.35%,26.47%,26.47%, 25.00%) are significantly higher than that of the group of less than 3 times abortion (26.02%,23.58%,20.33%,17.07%), However, statistical P>0.05, no statistical difference.⑤the positive rate of ASAB and EMA in patients with UU/CT infection (32.17%,26.52%) is higher than that of patients with no UU/CT infection(7.14%,9.52%), Two statistical P<0.01, shows UU/CT infection itself and evoked ASAB, EMAB antibody double factors as the major cause of infertilityConclusion:①ASAB, EMAb, AOAb ACA is close to infertility and can be used for clinical testing in patients with infertility.②With the increasing of the numbers of abortion, the positive rate of serum ASAB, EMAb, ACA and AOAb in the group of secondary infertility would increase.③UU/CT infection make the positive rate of ASAB and EMA in patients increase.
