Objective:To survey and summarize the clinicalmanifestation, diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperparathyroidismatic myopathy.and then to improve the all-sided acquaintance of it.Method:8 samples which were choosed from Tongji Hospital in 1997.8-2005.2 were retrospectively analysed,and then 2 representative specimens were enumerated, reviewing relevant articles,and then analysing the primary hyperparathyroidismatic myopathy's clinical manifestation,electromyogram,muscle biopisy, electrocardiogram, and enzyme spectrum.Result:Mainly clinical manifestations of it are the systemic debility and muscle atony,yet it might even present a muscular atrophy or a pathologic changing on bone and kidney.Generally, it can be diagnosed through the constant hypercalcinemia and high-level [PTH].All of cases were cured by surgical.Conclusion:Primary hyperparathyroidismatic myopathy have no evident particularity,so it is necessary to take the patient which present a high-level calcemia or pathological changing in bones and urinary system into the consideration about it.Repetitious checking the [ca2+] and [PTH] might benefit the early diagnosis of it.commonly,the surgical were choosed as the primary treatment.
