| BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:Cyclin is a very important proteins in regulate the active of cell cycle, playing important role in cell's multipication and tumour's arises..Excess expression or of cyclin can make the cell turn to malignant.This study was carried out to investigation the relationships between the expression of Cyclin A and the Chemosensitivity, Discuss to offer more reason for clinic to choice the chemotherapeutics and combination chemotherapy after operation.METHODS:Expression of Cyclin A in 45 gastrointestinal cancer cases were detected by flow cytometry. Meanwhile detect the Chemosensitivity of sever chemotherapeutics in the same cases by MTT assay, then analyze the relation between them by statistics method.RESULTS:A significant correlation was found between the high expressing of Cyclin A and the chemosensitivity of 5-FU, DDP, 5-FU+MMC. (p<0.01). There is no significant correlation between the high expressing of Cyclin A and the chemosensitivity of Taxol,VM-26,MMC, 5-FU + DDP. (p>0.05).CONCLUSION:There is significant dependability between the high expressing of Cyclin A and chemosensitivity of after operation,this can be used to guide how to choice the chemotherapeutics and combination chemotherapy after operation. |
