The PC-3M cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of GA(1μg/ml) for 6h,12h and 24h,GA downregulated markly the expressoion of AR at the mRNA level.Conclusions:GA could downregulated markly the expressoion of AR at the mRNA level. Objective:To investigate the effects and clinical value of Hsp90-inhibitor on TNF–induced upregulation of c-FLIP.Methods:The influence of TNF-αand Geldanamycin (GA)+TNF-αon expression of c-FLIP both at the mRNA and protein levels were investigated by RT-PCR and immunochemistry respectively.Results:Cells were divided into Control group, TNF-αgroup and TNF-α+GA group. The PC-3M cells were treated with TNF-α(20ng/ml) for 6 h, TNF-αupregulated markly the expressoion of c-FLIP both at the mRNA and protein levels.
