The Analysis Of Children's Fattish Factors And The Effectible Evaluation Of Interfering Measure

[The aim] According to the investigative analysis of young children's fattish factors and danger factors and the comprehensive effectible we discuss the reason of children's fat, and the best way to control and reduce children's fat.[The ways] Choose same kindergarten's 1165 children's body checking to analyze who are 2-5 years old in 2006,by the way of their height and common weight to evaluate children's fat and over-weight expect pathologic fat. There are 57 fattish ,over-weighted children ,by their age(±2months)and there are the same sex ,common weight children 57 compare the 57 fattish ,over-weight (expect pathologic ) compare the 57 fattish ,over-weight to the 57 common weight children, they are the same sex ,there is a investigation of the reason and the danger factors of fat between the parents of fattish team and common team ,to analysize the relative factors and devide fattish children's to two groups:interfering team(29 children) and compare team (28 children).From 2007.2 to 2007.8,the interfering team were interfered .The interfering way:adopt the home union recognized model,carryout the comprehensive interfering measure of healthy education,diet adjust,sport exercise,habit raising and psychology interfering ,every 3months the children's body and all the indexes of children were checked and compared.[The result] After the interfering measure ,children's weiget habitus index reduced,the parents for children's action have been improved.The average point and the net increscent of the net weight by the interfering team are 0.26±0.98kg and 1.35±3.97,and the compared team are 1.37±0.50kg and 5.87±2.28,common team are 1.40kg±0.63 and 7.28±3.34.There are obvious differences among these three teams.All the children's height of interfering team and compare team are increase 2.8±0.85 centermeters and 2.5±0.47.After being tinterfered than before ,there is no obvios differences.The children's habitus of interfering team reduced after been interfered ,but the comprare team increased,there is obvious differences.There are 7 fattish children get back to common .The over-weight light and middle fattish children's nvmber reduced,but there is only 1 child get back to common in compared team,middle children's bad habits,such as eat food before go to bed ,or watch TV,after eat fast food,cavil food,eat a lot of food have been improved ,and the some exercise,limit the time for children watching TV,to know more about the dager of children's fat and the natrition,to improve cook's way and so on.[The result] Simple fattish children are good stomach,large food, quickly eat,sweet food,meat and oily food in envirament .Less exercise,bad habit and so on are the main reasons for much fat.According to the home union recognization model,healthy education,diet,exercises,habit raising, psychology interfering,it is effective to interfter the development of kindergaten's fat children.
