Objective: To investigate the effects of different compression to ventilation ratio combined with interposed abdominal compression cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the homodynamic response of asphyxia arrest dogs. Methods: Each of the 18 dogs with cardiac arrest induced by clamped the tracheal catheter received A:15:2+IAC B:20:2+IACand C:30:2+IAC CPR, homodynamic value were measured before arrest and 3minute ,6min, 9min ,12min, 15min after resuscitation .Results: The systolic pressure in A,B and in C are 90.27±10.83,94.77±11.92,71.03±16.92mmHg respectively; the diastolic pressure in the three groups are 51.53±4.78,53.33±4.20 and 30.33±5.65mmHg;the mean artery pressure in the three groups are 64.44±4.90,67.14±4.62 and 43.90±7.02 mmHg ;the coronary perfusion pressure in the three groups are 33.67±8.61,33.07±11.46and 9.87±7.97mmHg.The cardiac output in A B and in C are 0.69±0.16,0.68±0.24,and 0.55±0.16L/min.The five kinds of value in A and B are higher than those in C,and there is no statistically difference between A and B.The heart rate in A, B and in C are98.27±12.32,97.67±9.29 and 101.1±79.24b/m;the central venous pressure in the three groups are 17.87±7.53, 20.27±10.15 and 20.47±10.53 mmHg;the pulmonary arterial pressure in the three groups are 17.60±6.23 ,18.07±6.03 and 14.40±7.63 mmHg;the pulmonary capillary wedge pressure in the three groups are 7.37±3.32 8.33±2.49, 8.43±3.30 mmHg.The four kinds of value in the three groups didn't exist statistically difference. Conclusions: The systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure, the mean artery pressure and the coronary perfusion pressure and cardiac output tin A and B are higher than those in C group,it can be regarded that A and B are superior to C group;and there is no statistically difference between A and B.
