In non-endometrial adenocarcinoma patients, 25.0% had ovarian metastasis. Among the patients which had deep muscle metastasis and cervical metastasis, 18.8% and 21.4% recessive ovarian metastasis, and 27.3% patients which had pelvic lymph nodes metastasis also had ovarian metastasis. Conclusion:For younger than 40 years old patients with endometrial carcinoma who had high risk factors we still should remove surgically the ovaries at the same time.
