The relations between infants'temperament and acceptance were analyzed by the multivariate correlations..Results 46 infants were finished all of tests. It was in the 5,8,9,10 time that infants accepted more the carrot mud. The breastfed infants were easier to accept carrot than formula-fed infants. The male infants were more dificult to accept carrot than female infants. The characters of temperament and 9 dimension were evaluated. 26 were easy type , 1 difficult,4 sow up to warm,5 itermediate low and 10 intermediate high. Used by multivariate correlation analysis respectively. There were no relationship between the capability of acceptance and the character of temperament. Conclusions Infants need at least 5 times to accept the new food.
