| Objective: Summarize the complexion of benefiting vital energy method for acute ischaemic stroke in summary; Compare the clinical curative effect of different benefiting vital energy method, search the best benefiting vital energy method for acute ischaemic stroke. Method:Strictly according to follow the method of systematic review, collect completely the clinic study of TCM for acute ischaemic stroke, choose the eligibility studies and appraise their quality, collect the data of the studies, make Meta-analyse, funnel plots and tests for heterogeneity. Result:Through collecting related articles and sieving three times, bring into 46 studies, all itemses are low quality studies. Meta-analysis result demonstrated two kinds of medicine prescription had statistical and clinical significance in the aspect of overall clinical efficient. Meta-analysis results were stable and credible proved by the sensitive-analysis. Thereinto ciwujia injection of relative risk is the most RR for fatality rate of Meta-analys.The influence of Astragalus injection to the nerve function damage grading, has statistical and clinical significance in the aspect of overall clinical efficient. Conclusion: This evaluation system indicated Ciwujia injection is first commended for the overall clinical efficient of acute ischaemic stroke.The Astragalus injection is effective to the nerve function damage grading. Other further researches depended on the large sample.
