Clinical Study Of Treating Ulcerative Colitis With Kuijieling(p.o.) And Jiedushengjitang(Enem.)

Objective:To observe the effect of Kuijieling(KJL)(p.o.) and Jiedushengjitang (JDSJT)(Enem.) on the Ulcerative colitis (UC) and explore the mechanism of it. Methods: 43 patients with UC were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given KJL(p.o.) and JDSJT(Enem.), the control group was given SASP. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment, including enteroscopy and pathologic observing. Results:The treatment group's synthesis effective of clinical,the effective of syndrome of TCM,enteroscopy and pathologic observing are better than the control group's(P<0.05 or P<0.01). KJL(p.o.) and JDSJT(Enem.) can improve more significantly the symptoms such as diarrhea,mucopurulent bloody stool and abdominal pain than SASP(P<0.01). Conclusions: KJL(p.o.) and JDSJT(Enem.) is a effective drug of treating UC, it can moderate clinical symptom, promote recoverment of pathological changes, alleviate the patients'sufferings rapidly.
